Whoa!! What a photo... but you only get a chance to see this magnificent site if you go offshore and happen to be lucky enough to be in the right spot.
Well, 52 years and counting, and plenty of our Big Rock fishermen have done just that. Last year we enjoyed a 97% release rate with 73 blue marlin, 48 white marlin and 15 sail released during the 2009 Big Rock tournament. Those releases, (not to mention the catches), helped anglers win over $1,752,366 in prize money.
This year the board has added a dolphin-winner take all level (thanks Randy), so that even if the "big one" doesn't come along all those participating will have a chance for a dolphin prize worth an estimated $75,000! That's right, --for a mere $4000, boats of all sizes can participate to win a very nice paycheck for a fish the tournament has never been short of.
If you are late in the decision process, that's no problem! Call the office and we will help get you settled so you can have a sure enough blast come June 11-19th..... and we won't tell anyone you didn't plan it that way all along.
